Apartment A is located on the ground floor and welcomes guests in a truly unique atmosphere. The inviting original wood-clad 'stua' is the central room, where there is also the 'fornel' ( wood-burning fireplace), the sofa, the dining table with bench and chairs, and a large TV. The kitchen, separated from the living room, is fully equipped with dishes and crockery, and has a fridge, a stove, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. The apat has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a spacious shower and washing machine.

These holiday apartments in Laste di Rocca Pietore are furnished in alpine style with the warmth of the wood, they are all functional and welcoming. The holiday home Dolomiti Lof also offers its guests a car park, a motorbike and bicycle shed and a large outdoor relaxation area at the back, equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers to relax and recharge your batteries after an active day spent on the mountain. In addition, at the award-winning Malga Laste, only 4 km from the village, you can taste homemade cheeses.

Apartment B is located on the first floor and has been recently renovated. It offers bright rooms and a sunny terrace facing south, with a view of Mount Migogn. The apartment has an open space with kitchen and living room equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher, dining table with bench and chairs and a sofa with TV. It also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The apartments Dolomiti Lof in Laste are waiting for you for a wonderful holiday, surrounded by the beautiful Dolomite peaks of Marmolada, Civetta, Col di Lana, Lagazuoi and Monte Pelmo.
From the apartments you can reach countless hiking trails and numerous bicycle paths. A pleasant walk will also lead you to the Malga Laste, an award-winning malga of the Rassegna dei Formaggi della Montagna Veneta, where you can take a tasty break among the alpine pastures of the Dolomites.
For winter sports lovers there are exciting ski slopes, such as those of Arabba, Alleghe and Malga Ciapela just a few kilometres from our house. From Laste there is also the via ferrata Sass de Rocia. If, on the other hand, you want to visit some charming mountain towns, you will be spoilt for choice! From the charismatic Cortina, only 39 km away, or Corvara with its slopes and its unmistakable flair, 29 km away, to Belluno, which is only an hour's drive away.
Prices
Summer and winter season
The prices are indicated per apartment per week (full occupancy).
During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only from saturday till saturday or from sunday to sunday.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.
All prices include:
VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor parking, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, WI-FI connection, ski/bike deposit.
The prices include the local tourist tax.
Reservation and confirmation deposit:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
Payment modes:
The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:
- cash for total amount up to € 1,999.00 by the day before departure;
- by bank transfer (in this case the entire payment for your stay should be transferred before your arrival);
- by bank check (in this case, please hand over the check within the day after arrival);
Cancellation conditions:
For late arrivals, early departures or other changes to the reservation, entire payment will still be required.
Check-in and check-out:
The apartments will be at your disposal from 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm on the day of arrival (after 09.00 pm, please inform us in advance). On the day of departure we ask you to free the apartments by 09.00 am.
No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Pets:
Upon prior agreement, we accept pets (no puppies) provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the apartment and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
Furniture:
We ask our guests to take good care of the furniture and the textiles of our house.

The ski slopes of Alleghe, Arabba, with the imposing Marmolada and Cortina, offer plenty of fun for all snow lovers: adrenaline-filled slopes for skiing and snowboarding, fun snowshoe hikes or cross-country ski runs plunged into the white silence of the winter forests. And all this adorned with breathtaking views and pure mountain air.
During the summer season, nature explodes in all its beauty, and for this reason there is nothing better than spending a day outdoors, choosing one of the many hiking trails that stretch out among the sunny mountain pastures, the enchanted forests of the Dolomites, or setting off to conquer the most famous peaks of the surrounding area. The town centres come alive and along the streets of the villages you can enjoy an aperitif with friends, or have dinner enjoying the typical dishes of the area in a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere at the same time.
